Heal Your Gut, Restore Your Health

Are you struggling with bloating, digestive discomfort, food sensitivities, or unexplained symptoms? Your gut health plays a crucial role in your overall well-being—affecting everything from digestion and energy levels to hormones and immunity.

Why Gut Health Matters

Your gut isn’t just about digestion—it’s the foundation of your entire health. When your gut is out of balance, it can contribute to:

Hormone Imbalances – Poor gut health can disrupt estrogen metabolism, thyroid function, and cortisol regulation, impacting menstrual cycles, fertility, and stress resilience.
Chronic Inflammation – An imbalanced gut microbiome can trigger widespread inflammation, leading to joint pain, skin issues, and metabolic dysfunction.
Mood & Brain Health – Your gut and brain are deeply connected. Imbalances in gut bacteria can affect neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, contributing to anxiety, depression, and brain fog.
Autoimmune Conditions – Leaky gut and dysbiosis can contribute to autoimmune reactions, increasing the risk of Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, and other conditions.

Energy & Metabolism – Nutrient absorption happens in the gut. When it's not functioning properly, you may struggle with fatigue, sluggish metabolism, and difficulty maintaining a healthy weight.

What Is the GI-MAP?

The GI-MAP test is a valuable tool for identifying pathogens that may be causing your symptoms. By analyzing a single stool sample, it examines your microbiome to identify harmful pathogens, opportunistic bacteria, beneficial bacteria, and key markers of intestinal health. This test has been transformative for my own health, and I’m thrilled to offer it to my clients!

Maintaining a healthy gut is essential for a robust immune system, a healthy heart, a sharp brain, improved mood, better sleep, weight management, and efficient digestion. It might even help in preventing certain cancers and autoimmune diseases!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Gi-Map Test?

The GI-MAP (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) is an advanced stool test that analyzes the DNA of the bacteria, yeast, parasites, and viruses living in your gut.
Unlike standard stool tests, the GI-MAP uses qPCR technology (quantitative polymerase chain reaction) to provide a detailed, highly accurate view of your microbiome and digestive function.

It looks at:

  • Levels of healthy and harmful bacteria

  • Presence of parasites, viruses, or yeast overgrowth

  • Inflammation and immune markers (like calprotectin and secretory IgA)

  • Digestive enzyme output and intestinal health

This test helps identify the root cause of symptoms such as bloating, IBS, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, skin issues, and fatigue.

What is the IgG Food Sensitivity Test?

The IgG Food Sensitivity Test measures delayed immune reactions to specific foods.
While traditional allergy tests look for immediate IgE reactions, this test identifies foods that trigger inflammatory or immune responses over time, which can contribute to bloating, headaches, fatigue, skin problems, and other chronic symptoms.

The test measures IgG antibody levels to a wide range of common foods, helping us determine which foods your body may be reacting to — and guiding your personalized nutrition plan.

Why are these test used together?

Gut health and food sensitivities are deeply connected.
The GI-MAP helps identify imbalances, infections, and inflammation within the gut, while the IgG test shows which foods may be irritating the system or contributing to inflammation.
Used together, they provide a comprehensive picture of what’s driving your symptoms and how to restore balance.

How are these test done?

Both tests are done at home.

  • The GI-MAP involves a small stool sample that’s collected in a kit and mailed directly to the lab.

  • The IgG test is a simple blood spot or venipuncture sample.

You’ll receive detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label with your kit.

What kind of symptoms can these tests help with?

Common symptoms that benefit from this type of testing include:

  • Bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort

  • Constipation or diarrhea

  • Hormone Imbalances

  • Food sensitivities and intolerances

  • Fatigue or brain fog

  • Acne, eczema, or rosacea

  • Autoimmune flare-ups

  • Anxiety or mood changes related to gut imbalance

How will my test be used?

Your results are used to create a personalized health improvement plan tailored specifically to your body.
We’ll use your data to design a plan focused on:

  • Restoring healthy gut bacteria

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Healing the gut lining

  • Adjusting your diet and supplements to support long-term balance

What is the cost?

The Program is $1,650.
