Program Overview

This Program offered through Integrative Wellness Center of Jacksonville is a functional wellness and health coaching program designed to support individuals experiencing digestive issues, food sensitivities, fatigue, inflammation, and related wellness concerns.

This program uses functional lab testing, nutrition guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and one-on-one coaching to help you better understand your body and support improved gut health.

One Test Review Session
Four Follow-Up Coaching Calls
GI-MAP Test
IgG Food Sensitivity Test
A personalized Health Improvement Plan based on your results

Program cost

$1,650

The total cost of the program is $1,650, which includes all coaching sessions, functional testing. Supplements are not included. Payment must be made in full prior to beginning the program unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of this program and the immediate ordering of lab kits, all sales are final once payment has been submitted.

Lab Testing

Functional lab tests (GI-MAP and IgG Food Sensitivity Test) are performed by third-party laboratories. Processing times vary by lab and are outside of Integrative Wellness Center's control.

All results will be reviewed with you during your scheduled Test Review Session. Your practitioner will create a personalized wellness plan based on your lab findings and goals. Lab results are used to guide wellness recommendations only and are not used for medical diagnosis.

Client Responsibilities

Following program recommendations to the best of my ability
Communicating openly with my practitioner
Attending scheduled sessions
Asking questions when I need clarification

I understand that progress is individual and that no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.

All personal and health information shared during this program will be kept confidential and protected in accordance with HIPAA standards and Integrative Wellness Center of Jacksonville policies.
